A lot of the discussion around children’s sex and gender has been focused on conservative resistance to ideas and policies that dis-empower the family in favor of state indoctrination. If you are against the state shaping children’s view on sex and morality, you are labelled a bigot and cancelled when possible. Ideology trumps empathetic love and care. Using children as political pawns, or worse as scapegoats, is a despicable but all too common place. For the sake of argument let’s say the Progressive’s get everything they want when it comes to children and transgenderism. As a society pushes forward and ignores the problems of parental failure, the disappearance of religion and morality, civility, and places emphasis on solipsism, moral relativity, and we learn to judge people only by their external characteristics, we risk becoming soulless, consumptive, grievance machines with the screwed up sex and relationships to prove it.
So let’s say we get all of the jaded transgendered children the Progressives could ever wish for. What will be the next frontier? There is always the next thing, that is how it works. The two biggest issues waiting in the wings are legitimizing all forms of prostitution, even branding it empowerment, and the acceptance of pedophilia as simply sexual preference, like gay or straight. There have already been significant pushes for both of these and they are gaining traction. We have also witnessed penchants for age play (adults pretending to be babies) and trans-species, and of course the next thing could be totally unexpected given how easy people are manipulated by influencers.
Progressives work backward from a vague notion of utopia, the fact that we have not reached it is proof to them that more progressive policies are needed, around and around we go. So I wonder what the middle-class women, the main drivers of the Democratic Party and Woke agenda, have in mind as the end goal -or- are they simply being manipulated and going along to get along? Are they just being useful idiots for highly influential propaganda they don’t understand? What we know is that our society has become predatory on children and is optimizing childhood for trauma. The plethora of dismal data, evidence, clearly indicates that the kids are anything but alright.
