Quest to Elevate Vibration

I recently embarked on a quest to make lasting positive changes to my vibration or emotional frequency. I am using acquired tools and disciple, as follows:

0700: 10 min. Qi Gong, 10 min. Meditation, Pray

0730: Walk Dogs, Morning Reading, Set Intention

0800: Strength Workout

0830: Groom and Morning Chores

0900: Breakfast

0930: Work

1200: Breath-work, Meditation

1230: Healthy Lunch

1330: Work

1630: Read and/or Yoga

1700: Cardio

1800: Healthy Dinner

2100: Meditation, Visualization

2130: Read

Additional tools to be employed:

Lemon water (daily), vegetable juicing (daily), write (daily), seek beauty (daily), gardening (daily), do something new (weekly), substantially reduce added sugar (daily), yoga or movement (daily), Alexander Technique (daily), daily mantra, grounding (barefoot or in ocean), endurance (Sunday morning long run)

I am working up to 1 hour of meditation daily.
